My name is Michael Wilson, this is my art portfolio and blog. As an artist, I primarily work with pen & ink, drawing the human figure. When drawing, my goal is to make my lines as interesting and abstract as possible, without destroying the subject. I like the pen as a drawing tool because it allows you to see every single stroke I make, whether it's a mistake or not. There's no erasing, there's no painting over.
